From the death of Kobe Bryant in January to the presidential elections in November and the creation of the COVID-19 vaccines, 2020 was an eventful year.

It was a year when California’s voices were heard in the streets. People united in protest for Black Lives Matter after the deaths of Breonna Taylor and George Floyd. People who protested coronavirus restrictions that closed their businesses were also heard. It was a year that saw the Dodgers and Lakers win championships. It was a year that asked us to stay together by staying six feet apart.
