Paul Rudd: Bat Mitzvah DJ from Jewish Daily Forward on Vimeo.

We break from your regularly scheduled celebrity programming of arrests, weddings and babies to bring you this slice of Paul Rudd history. Before he was headlining movies like “I Love You, Man” and “Dinner for Schmucks,” Rudd, like any struggling actor, was forced to take on side jobs. But no T.G.I. Friday’s flair for our boy -- Rudd was a bat mitzvah DJ.

An editor from The Jewish Daily Forward posted a gem of a video featuring Rudd in a wacky yellow ruffled shirt and jacket, black shorts and tube socks. And his hair? Hey -- it was the ‘90s. It’s not to be missed -- especially during the limbo. Then watch those air guitar moves that would come in handy later during the Rush jam sessionsin “I Love You, Man.”

He’ll always be Josh from ‘Clueless” to us, but clearly Paul was a heartbreaker from his humble beginnings.
