With the recent benchmark sale of its 450th home, Liberty Village, a Victorville development by Inco Homes, has become one of the Southland’s most successful single-family developments, according to Steve Vliss of Inco. Two-, three- and four-bedroom houses range in price from $56,990-$83,990.

A total of 175 new homes have been sold in the five months since Griffin Homes began marketing its affordable ($83,179-$132,084) Hidden Canyon Westlake condominium and town house development in Thousand Oaks. The program is the largest project ever built under the city’s affordable housing program.

Forty-five houses were sold during the first two months of sales at Park Village, a 139-unit single-family development in Rancho Penasquitos by Christopher Homes. Houses range from $116,000-$141,000.

The first six phases of 393 houses at Cobblestone Village in Sunnymead sold out within a few months, according to a spokeswoman for Covington Homes, the developers. The seventh phase of 54 houses sold within a month.

Eleven homes were sold in one weekend at Canyon Heights during the release of 16 homes in the latest phase of the Fieldstone Co.’s single-family project in Mira Mesa. Prices range from $95,900-$119,990.
