Antoinette Naddour, executive director and co-founder of the Veterans Legal Institute® (VLI), is committed to empowering veterans to overcome chronic homelessness through legal assistance. As a former officer with the California State Guard and a reserve JAG Officer, she brings a unique perspective to her role. Since co-founding VLI in 2014, over 6,000 local low-income veterans have received free legal services, and in 2022 alone restored over $2 million in veteran benefits. Naddour’s dedication extends beyond VLI as she actively participates in various professional organizations and committees focused on military and veterans’ issues. Her leadership skills were recognized through her participation in the 2018 Presidential Leadership Scholars Class, where she focused on expanding mobile legal clinics for veterans in need. With degrees in business administration and law, Naddour continues to be a leading advocate for veteran empowerment and self-sufficiency.
