Actors Alyson Hannigan and Alexis Denisof have capped off a string of real estate moves by buying a place in Encino for $7.95 million.

Earlier this year, the couple listed their house in Santa Monica for lease and put another home in Brentwood up for sale shortly after. The Brentwood property is currently listed as pending with a price of $8.795 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

The Encino home, designed by Peter Tolkin Architecture and built in 2001, sits on more than three acres of grounds with a view of the San Fernando Valley floor. A blanket of mature oaks, sycamores, palms and fruit trees lends a park-like feel to the property.

Inside, poured-concrete walls, steel-framed windows and vaulted ceilings give an atrium feel to the 5,500 square feet of living space. Among living spaces are is a great room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen and a media room. The master suite has a separate office/den and a metallic soaking tub.

Including a separate guest house and an art studio/gym, there are five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. A swimming pool and spa and a lighted tennis court also lie within the grounds.
