Singer-songwriter Charlie Puth has purchased a home in Hollywood Hills’ historic Whitley Heights neighborhood for $1.9 million.

Built in 1956, the three-story Italianate-style house features beamed ceilings, rows of French doors and an open-plan design. Multiple terrace balconies take in views of the downtown cityscape.

The 4,350 square feet of space contains an updated kitchen with a wide breakfast bar that opens to a living/dining room with a fireplace. A second kitchen area, a media room, an office and a custom wine room are among the other common rooms.

The master suite has a two-sided fireplace, a sitting area and a walk-in closet for a total of four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Outdoors, a covered and tiled patio overlooks a swimming pool with a raised spa. Adjacent to the pool is a detached bonus/changing room.

Julie Jones of Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent. Mica Rabineau of Nourmand & Associates represented the buyer.

Puth, 24, is known for creating the hit song “See You Again” with rapper Wiz Khalifa, which was written to pay tribute to late actor Paul Walker and used in the soundtrack for the film “Furious 7” (2015).

His debut studio album, “Nine Track Mind,” is scheduled for release later this month.
