This has as many plot twists as a good action film: The former home of onetime Bond girl and model Ursula Andress has come back on the market in the Beverly Hills Post Office area at $2.995 million. The actress sold the single-story earlier this year for $2.28 million. She had owned the contemporary since 1991, when she paid $965,000.

The gated house, built in 1960, features parquet wood and Saltillo tile floors, three fireplaces and a family room with a wet bar. Building plans have been approved to expand the residence from its 2,747 square feet to 4,000 square feet of living space.

The current configuration has formal living and dining rooms, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Glass doors open to the backyard.

The Swiss-born actress, 81, won a Golden Globe Award for her role as Honey Ryder in the 1962 James Bond film “Dr. No.” Her other film credits include “Fun in Acapulco” (1963), “She” (1965) and “Clash of the Titans” (1981).
