Jason Segel of “How I Met Your Mother” and “The Muppets” has made another move in historic Los Feliz. The actor, who found a new house in the Griffith Park-adjacent neighborhood earlier this year, has sold his old place for $1.525 million.

Tucked behind hedges and tall bamboo, the 1930s two-story was renovated during Segel’s ownership and features white-painted ceilings and beams, artistic tile risers and a fireplace with a steel mantel. French doors off the main level open to a terrace patio overlooking the grounds

Other details of note include a living room with shelving made of reclaimed barn wood and a master suite with an Art Deco-inspired tiled bathroom. A dining area, an eat-in kitchen, a wine cellar also lie within 1,926 square feet of interiors.

In all, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a separate garage studio has polished concrete floors.

Outside, a veranda with an outdoor kitchen extends the length of the home. Brick steps lead down to various patios and sitting areas surrounded by planters and exotic landscaping.

Segel bought the property a year ago from journalist Joel Stein for $1.4 million, records show. He had asked $1.599 million for the house.

Mary Brill and Jane Gavens of John Aaroe Group were the listing agents. Farrah Aldjufrie of the Agency represented the buyer.

The 36-year-old Segel appeared on the on the long-running CBS sitcom “How I Met Your Mother” from 2005 to 2014. Among his other TV credits is the series “Freaks and Geeks.”

As for his new digs, the actor now calls a 1920s Mediterranean designed by H.B. Benson home. Formerly owned by street artist Shepard Fairey, the multi-level house features original ironwork, hand-plastered walls and a great room with vaulted ceilings.

He paid $2.25 million — $415,000 more than the asking price — for the 2,523-square-foot house in March.
