Finding no takers at her previous asking price of $17 million, singer-actress Jennifer Lopez has put her work-live estate in Hidden Hills up for sale at $14.5 million.

The more than 3-acre property, set in a gated equestrian community, and its amenity-filled 17,129-square-foot mansion have been prettied up this time around.

Putting their best photographic face forward in the main house are formal and informal living rooms, a dining room with seating for 12, a paneled library, a breakfast area, nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. The master suite has a sitting room and a terrace.

A breezeway connects to a work/entertainment wing with a recording studio, a dance studio/gym, a 20-seat theater, a game room, a bar and a guest suite.

There’s an outdoor living room and a resort-style swimming pool with a spa. Garage parking can accommodate up to eight vehicles, and another 15 can be parked in the motor court.

Lopez, 46, has worked as a dancer, singer and actress, landing a breakthrough role in “Selena” (1997). She stars in this year’s films “The Boy Next Door” and “Lila & Eve” as well as the crime drama “Shades of Blue.”

She spent several seasons as an “American Idol” judge, including the talent show’s recent last season. Her most recent studio album, released last year, is “A.K.A.”
