Singer-actress Katharine McPhee, whose hits include the song “Over It,” it hoping someone is into her Spanish-style home in Hollywood Hills West.

The 1930s estate, now up for lease at $12,500 at month, opens to a stone turret entry and has more than 3,500 square feet of Old Hollywood detail. A step-down living room with wood-beamed ceilings, skylights and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace serves as the interior centerpiece.

Arched doorways lead to other living spaces, including a formal dining room, remodeled kitchen and breakfast nook. There are two master suites and a sun room on the upper level, while the main floor features a den with a wet bar. In all, there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

A private courtyard offers an outdoor kitchen and dining area. For entertaining, there’s a covered lounge with a fireplace and chandelier.

McPhee, 33, has released five studio albums since finishing as the runner-up in “American Idol’s” fifth season. Her acting credits include the television dramas “Smash” and “Scorpion.”
