The home of the late Stu Nahan, the longtime Los Angeles sportscaster, has come up for sale in Studio City for $1.395 million.

Marked by a white picket fence, the 1950s California ranch-style home sits on a quarter-acre of tree-filled grounds and has a swimming pool and spa.

The 2,289 square feet of open and airy space features new hardwood floors, cathedral-style wood ceilings and crisp white wainscoting. Rows of glass doors off the living room bring the outdoors inside.

Set off the living room is an eat-in kitchen with white-tiled countertops and a matching backsplash. A formal dining room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms also lie within the single-story home.

Outdoors, mature trees provide cover for a sprawling brick patio. A two-car garage sits off the entrance to the home.

Nahan, who died in 2007 at 81, was a beloved sportscaster who appeared on KABC, KNBC and KTLA over the course of three decades. Among his jobs was pre- and post-game radio shows for the Los Angeles Dodgers and telecasts for the Los Angeles Kings’ NHL games.

He also appeared in five “Rocky” films as the play-by-play commentator.

Michael Okun of Wish Sotheby’s International holds the listing.
