Orange County saw one of its priciest sales historically earlier this year when a Laguna Beach property known as Twin Points changed hands for $45 million — roughly 64 times the county’s median sale price in April for single-family homes, according to CoreLogic.

However, the high-water mark may not stand for long, considering what’s currently on the market. Here’s a look at the most expensive homes for sale around the O.C.
