In September, the median sales price for single-family homes in Riverside County climbed another 6.5%, to $330,000, according to CoreLogic. That amount won’t buy much in other Southland areas, but it does stretch further in Beaumont, La Quinta and Menifee. Here’s a larger look at homes for sale for the median county price in those areas.
