AT&T’s exclusive hold on Moto X phones that can be customized is over. Motorola says all major U.S. carriers will now offer customers the ability to design their own Moto X smartphone.

That means T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint customers can now head to the company’s Moto Maker website to purchase and customize the device by selecting the color of its front and back covers, the details on the device and more.

The Moto X launched in August with much hype, in large part because it offered customers the ability to highly customize the design to their own liking.

But the Moto X has struggled to sell, and one major reason for that is because only AT&T customers were allowed to trick out the device. Others were limited to black and white versions of the Moto X.

The 16-gigabyte versions of the device are currently available for $99.99 with two-year contracts, but Motorola says that is a promotional price, meaning it may not last.
