He may have said famously said “Get off my lawn!” in “Gran Torino,” but she’s the one saying get out of my life: Dina Eastwood reportedly made her separation from Clint Eastwood legal on Monday, filing papers in Monterey County Superior Court in Monterey, Calif.

The two have been married for 17 years.

The former Dina Ruiz, 48, asked for physical custody of Morgan, her 16-year-old daughter with the “Trouble With the Curve” actor, 83, as well as spousal support, according to papers obtained by the Monterey Herald. She’s seeking joint legal custody of the girl.

It emerged in late August that the couple had been apart for some time. A source told Us Weekly they split last summer, something that was confirmed by the filing, the newspaper said.

A sign of what’s to come: Division of property will be decided “pursuant to a premarital agreement,” the Herald reported. That’s right, a prenup. So perhaps the divorce will be simple?

Morgan is Clint Eastwood’s only daughter with Dina but far from his only child. He’s dad to seven kids, including two from his first marriage.

[For the record, 2:35 p.m. Sept. 11: This post originally said Clint Eastwood had seven children in addition to Morgan. He has seven total, including Morgan.]
