Justin Timberlake’s career advice for paparazzi: ‘Get a real job’

Justin Timberlake has taken to Twitter to scold some paparazzi after a run-in with photographers allegedly left his friend and business partner Trace Ayala’s car door dented.

According to Timberlake, a frustrated photographer kicked Ayala’s truck Tuesday afternoon after failing to snap photos of the singer and actor. In addition to reprimanding the paparazzi, Timberlake also offered some career advice, telling overzealous photographers to “get a real job.”

In a pair of tweets after the incident, Timberlake wrote, “So... A paparazzi can’t get a photo of me so he kicks my best friend’s truck door in..? And they wonder why they can’t get a ‘fair’ shake,” and followed up with “I mean, seriously... Not ruining my day though. #getaREALjob.”

Ayala chimed in, “My new truck at that!” (and added some profanity) on his Twitter account.

Timberlake would seem to know a little something about finding work, as these days he has more jobs than you can shake a stick at. Even with his singing career apparently on hold, he’s serving as music supervisor and composer for fiancee Jessica Biel’s upcoming film “The Devil in the Deep Blue Sea.”

Timberlake himself is no stranger to the big screen, having acted in three films in 2011 alone: “In Time,” “Bad Teacher” and “Friends With Benefits.”

But perhaps his most surprising side project is his recently announced home decor line, HomeMint. Yep, Timberlake and his design partner, Estee Stanlee, will be hawking pillows, dishes, bedding and towels. How’s that for a real job?
