Kanye West is either losing it — or focusing very specifically on winning it.

The rapper went on a tear Sunday on social media, declaring (among other things) that he has $53 million in personal debt, calling himself "this generation's Disney," promising that he was practicing his Grammys speech but saying he wouldn't attend unless "they promise me album of the year," and asking Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg to spot him, oh, a billion dollars as an investment in "Kanye West ideas."

(Fun fact: Kim Kardashian, West's wife, brought in an estimated $52.5 million in 2015, according to Forbes.)

He first asked for money around noon on Sunday.

"Mark, I am publicly asking you for help… one of the coolest things you could ever do is to help me in my time of need and I will always respect you for that and the world will love you…," the rapper said in a series of tweets. He also hit up Google co-founder Larry Page and Silicon Valley in general.

Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, already announced plans to shed about $45 billion over the course of their lives into a foundation focused on advancing human potential and promoting equality. And nothing says equality like Yeezys for everyone, right?

Oh yeah, also: Nothing says "publicity" like a Kanye West Twitter rant, and West has a lot to promote at the moment. The third iteration of his clothing and shoe line debuted last week at New York Fashion Week, and his new album, "The Life of Pablo," is about to drop. And then there are the Grammy Awards.

Going into Monday's ceremony, Yeesuz has 21 Grammys, including four for rap album, for "The College Dropout" in 2004, "Late Registration" in 2005, "Graduation" in 2007 and "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" in 2011.

He's nominated for three trophies this year -- none of them for album of the year. Good luck with that.
