Pop music’s most successful contemporary singer and its most acclaimed rapper are among the acts slated for this year’s Grammy Awards.

Adele and Kendrick Lamar have been announced as top performers at the 58th annual Grammy Awards, held Feb. 15 at Staples Center.

Also added to the bill? Chart-topping nihilistic crooner The Weeknd, the country quartet Little Big Town (of recent “Girl Crush” fame) and the R&B legend Lionel Richie. More performers will be announced in the coming days.

Adele’s latest commercial juggernaut “25” isn’t eligible for this year’s awards (so if you were hoping to see her sweep yet again, you’ll have to wait until next year). Lamar’s “To Pimp A Butterfly,” however, received more nominations - 11 - than any other artist and looks to be a strong contender for Album of the Year. The Weeknd’s “Beauty Behind the Madness” is also up for seven awards.

West Coast fans will also finally get to watch the telecast live. CBS announced that, unlike with previous tape-delayed broadcasts that prioritized an East Coast live feed, local stations in L.A.(KCBS), San Francisco (KPIX), Sacramento (KOVR) and Denver (KCNC) will broadcast it live at 5 p.m. PST and 6 p.m. MST.
