Jimmy Fallon gives Brian Williams some ‘Good Vibrations’

Jimmy Fallon is making Brian Williams rap again.

The “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” host has had his editors cut together clips of Williams delivering the “NBC Nightly News” to make it appear he was rapping Dr. Dre’s “Nuthin’ But a ‘G’ Thang,” N.W.A.’s “Straight Outta Compton” and Warren G’s “Regulate.” Now he’s got the respected newsman channeling his inner Marky Mark.

In honor of guest Mark Wahlberg, Fallon resurrected the rapper-turned-actor’s 1991 hit with the Funky Bunch, “Good Vibrations.”

Of all the major network news anchors (and even the cable news anchors), Williams definitely seems to have the best sense of humor, as demonstrated by his multiple appearances on “The Daily Show With Jon Stewart.” If Fallon ever runs out of usuable “Nightly News” footage, Williams will surely be willing to lay down a few new tracks himself. Maybe record an album?
