It’s just the season, I guess, but wine events keep coming fast and furious. Tickets are on sale for a biggie in Vegas. That would be the 7th annual Vegas Uncork’d sponsored by the magazine Bon Appétit.

They’ve got some 28 events going on over the four-day event. Nine of them have just been announced today, including Master Series Dinners with Gordon Ramsay ($275) and Nobu Matsuhisa ($275) and a chance to sample dishes for soon-to-open PUB 1842 with Michael Mina ($115) at the MGM Grand poolside. (Start shopping for that fetching bikini now.)

You can indulge in late-night vodka and caviar at Red Square ($160) in Mandalay Bay or dig into a beer brunch at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesar’s Palace complete with a traditional English Sunday Roast with all the fixings. I like the idea of a Three Margarita Lunch with Mary Sue Milliken at Mandalay Bay, but for $195 those margaritas better be made with tequila gold.

Michel Richard will be coming to town for his own Master Series Dinner (these are the events that sell out fastest) at Central ($160) at Caesar’s Palace. And if you haven’t had enough of Bobby Flay, you can join him for a Master Series Dinner at Mesa Grill ($250).

Some events will set you back less: the Zinfandel Diaries ($95), a tasting led by Master Sommelier Jason Smith or a demonstration called Pastry Savvy by pastry chef extraordinaire Francois Payard ($125) and — this sounds like fun — a beer garden experience with chef Hubert Keller aka “the silver fox” preparing Alsatian brasserie fare. Live music, too.

All I have to say is you better win big at the tables.

When does all this happen? May 9 to 12, but early birds get the best events. For a complete schedule of Vegas Uncork’d events, please visit VegasUncorked.com.
