Depending on who you’re married to or dating, Valentine’s Day can either be the biggest deal ever, or just another day of the year. Either way, the two of you have to eat something. If you’re looking to go out on one of the busiest restaurant evenings of the year, Godspeed. Here are some restaurants and bars offering specials for couples:

A.O.C. will have a four-course Valentine’s Day menu priced at $110 per person. Highlights include pea pancakes with Dungeness crab; potato gnocchi; Spanish fried chicken and lemon cheesecake. 8700 W 3rd St., Los Angeles, (310) 859-9859, www.aocwinebar.com.

Artisan House will have a $45, three-course prix-fixe menu and live music on Valentine’s Day. Highlights include English pea soup, pan-seared salmon and a chocolate hazelnut tart. Church & State is offering a four-course prix-fixe menu for $85 per person. Highlights include oysters, Maine lobster risotto and, for dessert, chocolate fondant with raspberry and Grand Marnier ice cream. Cleo at the Redbury hotel will have a four-course prix-fixe menu priced at $75 per person. Highlights include roasted rutabaga with almond, date and orange; burrata with heirloom apple and braised short rib tagine. Craft is offering a prix-fixe menu for $120 per person. Menu highlights include arancini and black truffle, diver scallop ceviche, pork belly tortellini, kouign-amann, and a chocolate pretzel bombe with stout caramel. Fig & Olive will have a four-course pix-fixe menu for $79 per person. Dinner includes foie gras, Chilean sea bass, filet mignon, and Clementine Vacherin for dessert. Five Crowns in Corona Del Mar will have a Valentine’s Day menu available Feb. 12 to 15 priced at $125 per couple. Highlights include stone crab bisque, foie gras, pork chop, and Meyer lemon steam cake. The Lardern at Tavern and The Larder at Burton Way are both offering take-home meals for two, available for pre-order. The menus are viewable on the restaurant websites. Orders must be made 48 hours in advance, and the deadline is Feb. 13 at 5 p.m. Delivery is available for orders of $150 or more located within a three-mile radius of each location, for a fee. Idle Hour will have a Barrel of Hearts four-course dinner for $65 per person. Each course comes with either Champagne or a cocktail. La Dolce Vita is offering a Valentine’s Day menu available Feb. 12 to 14. The four-course menu is $95 per person. Highlights include hamachi tartare, lobster bolognese, seared branzino, and tiramisu. Love & Salt in Manhattan Beach will have a prix-fixe menu available Feb. 12 to 14 priced at $45 per person. Highlights include eggplant Parmesan, baked ziti, antipasto and tiramisu. Rustic Canyon Wine Bar and Seasonal Kitchen is offering a prix-fixe menu for $110 a person, designed for double dates or a small group. The table chooses six of 16 dishes, with optional wine pairings available for an additional $45 per person. Highlights include oysters Rockefeller, New York strip steak with bone marrow and, for dessert, a passion fruit marshmallow with a hot cocoa tart. Tanzy win Westwood will have a 6-course menu priced at $69 per person for Valentine’s Day. Highlights include lobster ravioli; grilled filet mignon an gulf shrimp and a layered Ambrosia. Stonehill Tavern at the St. Regis Monarch Beach will have a special five-course dinner Sunday priced at $150 per person. Viviane at the Avalon Hotel will have a Valentine’s Day brunch Feb. 13 and Feb. 14, as well as a prix-fixe dinner on Valentine’s Day. For brunch, a menu inspired by Marilyn Monroe’s famous lovers, including the Marlon Brando, a marinated pork tenderloin and The JFK, a corned short rib sandwich. The Valentine’s Day dinner is $72 per person and highlights include a caviar amuse-bouche; blood orange salad; pan-roasted Delta Sturgeon and rose-scented pavlova. 9400 W.
