Tourists who want to experience Israel from the seat of a bike may want to tag along with a company called Puzzle Israel in November.

Working with Renta’Road Bike, Israel’s largest cycling outfitter, Puzzle’s seven-day bicycling/culinary tour goes from the green mountains of the north to the sprawling desert landscapes and hills of the south.

Landmarks along the way include the Sea of Galilee, Jerusalem, Ella Valley and the Dead Sea.

Riders will also visit markets, gardens and top restaurants. Israeli chef and co-founder of Puzzle Israel Nir Margalith will accompany the tour.

Expect some tough hills along the way: There are ascents of up to 3,000 feet of gain for those who love to climb. But don’t worry if you’re not in Tour de France shape. There are easy and moderate routes each day too – and a sag wagon, if you poop out.

Prices start at $3,695. The tour runs Nov. 19-25.
